4 day-trip from marrakech to merzouga desert with camel ride DAY 1 | ARRIVAL IN MARRAKECH Welcome to Marrakech. Our team will greet you at the airport and trans- fer you to your hotel, Enjoy some free time to start exploring the city, taking in its colors, atmosphere and delicious local cuisine. In the evening, you’ll have the freedom to choose where to dine and discover Moroccan gastronomy at your own style . Accommodation included. You may arrive at any time. DAY 2 | MARRAKECH - AIT BEN HADDOU - TINGHIR After breakfast, we begin our journey toward the majestic Sahara Desert. We will cross the High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n’Tichka Pass (2,260 m), making several stops to enjoy breathtaking panoramic views and photo opportunities. Our route continues toward the legendary Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, a remarkable Berber fortress considered one of the most beautiful in Moroc- co and designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This iconic ksar has served as the backdrop for numerous film productions, including Game of Thrones, Prince of Persia, Jesus of Nazareth, and Gladiator. lunch (not included).we continue along the famous Road of the Thousand Kasbahs, passing through traditional Berber villages as we make our way to the stunning Dadès Valley, known for its dramatic rock formations and picturesque gorges. Dinner and accommodation included. DAY 3 | THINGHIR - TODRA GORGES - SAHARA DESERT After breakfast, we depart toward the spectacular Todra Gorges, renowned as one of Morocco’s most impressive rock canyons, with towering cliffs rising over 300 meters high. After exploring this natural wonder, we continue our journey toward the Sahara Desert. Upon reaching the edge of the dunes, we switch to a traditional mode of transport: camels. This peaceful ride offers a glimpse into how nomads have traveled across the desert for centuries. Along the way, we will pause to admire the brea- thtaking sunset over the dunes, with the option to enjoy sandboarding. Additional activities such as ATVs or buggies can also be arranged. Upon arrival at the camp, a refreshing mint tea and a delicious traditional Moroccan dinner will be waiting for us. As night falls, we will enjoy the rhythm of Berber drums and the magical silence of the desert, spending an unforgettable evening beneath a sky filled with countless stars. Dinner and overnight at the desert camp (glamping) DAY 4 | SAHARA DESERT – MARRAKECH Breakfast at the camp. We begin our journey back to Marrakech, stopping for lunch around midday in the Valley or in Ouarzazate. The trip continues across the High Atlas Mountains, with short breaks for rest and refreshments. Estimated arrival in Marrakech is between 19:00 and 19:30, followed by your airport transfer. OPTIONAL FLIGHT : For travelers who prefer to avoid the long drive, there is the option to take a domestic flight from Errachidia to your final destination, offering a faster and more comfortable return.
